Time accuracy is down with more than 1 hour delays Customer service keep say we apologize without resolving the issues Items not updated. Everytime we order something most items are out of stock

They let you know that the items are out of stock after placing your order and the order comes wrong sometimes however they contact you for a refund or a coupon and apologize and the prices are very affordable

idk why u guys be yapping this app is good and has good service and many good u can deliver and yes the delivery is good but at least u got ur order ya?

I keep ordering and it keeps telling me to replace a item because it’s not available it this is every time I try ordering I don’t recommend ordering from insta they need to have better updates to the items so the customer doesn’t have to replace items every time

Wish you very best if you get your order without an out of stock items tried with more then 10 shops the app organizer sleeping,totally useless bec of after purchase the products out of stock

Cannot track the delivery person, and once the order is charged no way to cancel the order, they take their own cool time to deliver!! Each order has a extremely high preparation and a service charge. Orders shows an 40 to 1 hour delivery time, and it takes more than two to three hours to deliver.!!

I ordered from instashop and my order takes more than one and half hours and the customer service is not helpful

I ordered multiple times where some items were missing? And then they wouldn’t even let me cancel the order. Very poor service UPDATE: got the order cancelled thanks.

I have order and the order showed as been prepared and I called the customer service and they told me just wait and we will check with the grocery and I wait more than 50 min no update and call them back and the reason why they are late more than 50 min without updates its because the rider who they assigned to take my order has a small bike and they need a car to take my order! When they check the order why from the beginning they didn't assign it for big car!!!!! Worst and bad experience .. even I don’t want to give them one star it’s by mistake
