instashop: Groceries & more

My order was late with no updates or apologies. When I tried to contact customer service, they were impossible to reach. I'll never use them again!

I have a high fever and I ordered medication from a pharmacy via instashop. It’s been 4 hours and still nothing. Costumer support is non-existant. NEVER order something you need urgently from this lousy app, and you’d be better off if you order nothing at all from them. Shameless!!!

Order not yet delivered

All items in shops are not accurate and not correct Whenever placing an order it’s either not available or price is wrong… they even change prices after placing customers orders ; it’s stealing 😡 I had 2 bad experiences in 1 day: The first 1 the shop cancelled all my order for non availability & the 2nd doubled the prices after placing the order 😡 I will definitely stop using it and delete it and will report the shops increasing prices to the MOE…

Not professional at all !! Nothing in the application is real ! There is always obstacles and problems!!

InstaShop is an excellent app with great shopping services and even greater follow-up and customer service. I never go to the supermarket anymore. I just love it. Thank you.

Hello Cool app i like it i use it But i need an easy way to be able to tip the driver when i pay online, as part of my payment.

I ordered from the app for the first time today. The order was supposed to be delivered 1.5 hours ago and i still have not received it. There is no possibility to actually track the order or even contact the driver designated to deliver. Not happy at all.
