contact store and contact us never work. They withdraw the amount instantly, but the delivery is almost next day and you can't talk to anyone. Avoid at all cost

I ordered through this app today 4 hours ago and I still didn’t get my order and I tried to resolve it with the customer service department and they did not solve anything and completely ignored my problem and not a single person contacted me and not even the restaurant was taking my calls. Completely waste of time and money down the drain

Very bad experience with my 1st order as it was stating on the app that it will arrive in 90 minutes. I waited for 3 hours and the order is not delivered yet. In addition to horrible AND USELESS customer service that kept saying they will help but I ended up with nothing!!! I canceled my order and will never deal with this app again!!!! Totally not recommended!!

I hardly ever will right a review but instashop really deserves this. They are an app with literally everything delivered to you within 30-45 mins. Absolutely love it and love the service even more

Good customer service Fast response Good rang of stores

Very quick and reliable service with elegant and good options of suppliers. Their customer service is extraordinary and complaints taken into consideration and action promptly.

Not too many stores for residents of Barwa city, despite they live near Ansar gallery, yet app does not show that as an option for shopping Location logic is dumb.

Constant issues with instashop after a year of using them and multiple complains. They blatantly lie saying the prices are the same instore when this is clearly not true. They also occasionally bump up the prices and show it as a discount when in reality the discounted prices are 30% more. Horrible experience. Do not trust this app. Moved to now now and couldn't be happier.

4 years of reviews saying “Why can I download this if it’s not available here?” 4 years of some intern commenting “uhhh because it’s coming..” Clearly this isn’t coming to Canada anytime soon, and you’ve missed the best time to introduce your app here so I hope Apple just cuts your losses for you. Hope that this never comes up when people are trying to find InstaCart instead. Which is an actual existing app people can use to buy groceries here. Pretty useful, huh?
