instashop: Groceries & more

After update yesterday the app doesnt work. U fill the basket but u cant proceed to order 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Common that goods that you ordered are not in stock, but no possibility to cancel order completely. Substitutes suggested are usually poor, even though there are more options in store. Customer service that is very friendly, but just says ”sorry sir” all the time, instead of explaining how they will resolve the issue going forward. Time i dication that is completely off, e.g. when it says 40 min that is somtimes the time it takes for the driver to go to the store, not to deliver my order - the only thing I care about. I live in Abu Dhabi.

I love how easy and fast this service is specially if something went wrong they have your back and always checks with you if the problem had been solved.

ALWAYS AT LEAST ONE THING MISSING. I mean every time! Very annoying and if this happens again I will stop ordering from instashop.

Noh clue on customer service ? Awful service and team ..I do not recommend you to use it.. 5aed fees for each order …prices not right .. better to order from lulu or carrefour express available..

By chance I have discovered that prices in the app are higher than in the same shops. This is not acceptable

I encountered an issue where my order went through until the payment stage (tabby payment), but then it’s not showing that I’ve placed an order. While there is an option to report without an order number, no one has reached out to me with that option. To get a response, I had to refer to my previous order from another store, and it’s been more than 24 hours without any updates. Everyone i talked to told me that they’ll call me back but no one called me back for updates, it’s me who keep calling them to get an answer. I had placed my trust in your assurance, and the lack of communication and technical support has made this situation frustrating and unsatisfactory. This needs to be addressed.

No option to contact!!! Took my money and said that item is out of stock. Now can’t even contact them. Useless app!!!

Order late. I want to understand these people’s concept of time. If it says “10 minutes” - it means 10 minutes. Not 15, not 20… TEN MINUTES!!!!! I truly regret ordering and wish I read the reviews sooner. Stay away from this app.
