And i am the biggest customer in my city but they have just given up after noon is getting so much better than them. Pathetic responses every time there is a problem. Orders that should take 1 hour take 3+ hours
What great quick service. The shopper/delivery gentleman was superb. Replacement of a product was required - he called and in 1 second a new item was found and replaced. This was a 10/10 shop and delivery. Thank you guys 👍

On several occasions We have ordered from multiple shops with missing items accumulating to an amount of $23. They only refunded the one complaint to an amount of $4 (15AED) and further we had no response. There items is way overpriced compared to LuLu online. If I could review zero stars I would.
I ordered through the app, after 5 hours I still have not received the order. When I called to follow up, they cancelled my order. No accountability for the retailers Instashop use.
Noh clue on customer service ? Awful service and team ..I do not recommend you to use it.. 5aed fees for each order …prices not right .. better to order from lulu or carrefour express available..
By chance I have discovered that prices in the app are higher than in the same shops. This is not acceptable
I encountered an issue where my order went through until the payment stage (tabby payment), but then it’s not showing that I’ve placed an order. While there is an option to report without an order number, no one has reached out to me with that option. To get a response, I had to refer to my previous order from another store, and it’s been more than 24 hours without any updates. Everyone i talked to told me that they’ll call me back but no one called me back for updates, it’s me who keep calling them to get an answer. I had placed my trust in your assurance, and the lack of communication and technical support has made this situation frustrating and unsatisfactory. This needs to be addressed.
No option to contact!!! Took my money and said that item is out of stock. Now can’t even contact them. Useless app!!!
