instashop: Groceries & more

The last update made clear that instashop is loosing their identity and comping the interface of noon and other apps

They fooled me for 3 hours and cancelled my order and that’s it. No customer care. Terrible experience.

Friendly and responsible interface, but we are not able to see the real estimated time, orders lasting more than 2 hours to arrive, estimated time wrong, there’s no tracking option available.

Order # 112330 - Horrible service. I’m deeply disappointed with your services. I ordered some flowers 30 hours in advance for a very special occasion to be delivered at 10:00AM. However, it was approaching 13:00 and no delivery. Customer services info was inaccurate. I kept hearing the flowers would be delivered in “15” min. Matter of fact is it never got delivered. I would only use your services again if I did not have any other option at all. The damage your terrible service caused is beyond words. You have no idea how important that delivery would have been. Good bye and hope I can truly say “see you never”

Lack of real stock and poor accuracy on products prevent this of being a great app. Other than that is good.

Noh clue on customer service ? Awful service and team ..I do not recommend you to use it.. 5aed fees for each order …prices not right .. better to order from lulu or carrefour express available..

By chance I have discovered that prices in the app are higher than in the same shops. This is not acceptable

I encountered an issue where my order went through until the payment stage (tabby payment), but then it’s not showing that I’ve placed an order. While there is an option to report without an order number, no one has reached out to me with that option. To get a response, I had to refer to my previous order from another store, and it’s been more than 24 hours without any updates. Everyone i talked to told me that they’ll call me back but no one called me back for updates, it’s me who keep calling them to get an answer. I had placed my trust in your assurance, and the lack of communication and technical support has made this situation frustrating and unsatisfactory. This needs to be addressed.

No option to contact!!! Took my money and said that item is out of stock. Now can’t even contact them. Useless app!!!
