Poor service and not friendly apps
Hi there. I was frustrated and disappointed with your service in egypt. Your delivery team was stealing our money . Which is he should give us correct balance. Hence, the unfriendly customer service team was too slow to reply and doesn’t help me at all. This is highly not recommended apps.
Convenience
At time of day when you don’t feel like stepping foot out in the blazing hot sun. It’s a good alternative to get your stuffs delivered from the nearby supermarket.

Awful customer service
Noh clue on customer service ? Awful service and team ..I do not recommend you to use it.. 5aed fees for each order …prices not right .. better to order from lulu or carrefour express available..
Prices higher than in the same shop
By chance I have discovered that prices in the app are higher than in the same shops. This is not acceptable
Need to upgrade customer support in the app
I encountered an issue where my order went through until the payment stage (tabby payment), but then it’s not showing that I’ve placed an order. While there is an option to report without an order number, no one has reached out to me with that option. To get a response, I had to refer to my previous order from another store, and it’s been more than 24 hours without any updates. Everyone i talked to told me that they’ll call me back but no one called me back for updates, it’s me who keep calling them to get an answer. I had placed my trust in your assurance, and the lack of communication and technical support has made this situation frustrating and unsatisfactory. This needs to be addressed.
Zerrrrooooooo service!
No option to contact!!! Took my money and said that item is out of stock. Now can’t even contact them. Useless app!!!

Terrible
Order late. I want to understand these people’s concept of time. If it says “10 minutes” - it means 10 minutes. Not 15, not 20… TEN MINUTES!!!!! I truly regret ordering and wish I read the reviews sooner. Stay away from this app.
