instashop: Groceries & more

I had 2 problems on the same order. They gave me two different coupons which I couldn't use together on the next order as only 1 coupon is allowed. I do my shopping once a month, so I wanted to use the remaining coupon the following month and they told me it had expired and they wouldn't do anything - even though the original problem was with them. They're only right when things are going well.

Very bad service

Everything is always out of stock + the drivers never carry their ID and therefore can’t enter the building . Very bad service always

Drivers are either late and not by 5-10 m but generally by 30m to an hour. Otherwise there are items missing in the order and they will still deliver without offering a replacement. This just happened to me and I even actually have proof. Instashop was good but in the last few months has gone downhill , I am trying to find a replacement service that actually can do the basic service we pay the money for. Helpdesk never go the extra mile.

I made an order at 9:45 to be surprised that the supermarket is refusing to deliver because its too far from them even i keep calling the call center and they keep giving me my curent adresse, and when they contacted me for me info, they didnt propose any solutions , nor excuses !!!! They just waited an hour of my sleep !!!!

The app is working very well. But if there is an issue with a shops, customer service will not help you at all. Today I order a cake at 10 AM for a delivery at noon. They finally called me at 5 pm to tell me that my order was out of stock. Thanks to have killed my Valentine’s Day. I will never used this app anymore

I recently relocated to Dubai and discovered InstaShop through a friend. It's addicting! Wish I had such an app back in Paris!
