Be careful. They will always announce you after ordering that some items are out of stock. It doesn’t matters if you are already expecting your delivery to be at your door they will message you that sorry but we don’t have one item.. Terrible experience.

Noh clue on customer service ? Awful service and team ..I do not recommend you to use it.. 5aed fees for each order …prices not right .. better to order from lulu or carrefour express available..

By chance I have discovered that prices in the app are higher than in the same shops. This is not acceptable

I encountered an issue where my order went through until the payment stage (tabby payment), but then it’s not showing that I’ve placed an order. While there is an option to report without an order number, no one has reached out to me with that option. To get a response, I had to refer to my previous order from another store, and it’s been more than 24 hours without any updates. Everyone i talked to told me that they’ll call me back but no one called me back for updates, it’s me who keep calling them to get an answer. I had placed my trust in your assurance, and the lack of communication and technical support has made this situation frustrating and unsatisfactory. This needs to be addressed.

No option to contact!!! Took my money and said that item is out of stock. Now can’t even contact them. Useless app!!!

Order late. I want to understand these people’s concept of time. If it says “10 minutes” - it means 10 minutes. Not 15, not 20… TEN MINUTES!!!!! I truly regret ordering and wish I read the reviews sooner. Stay away from this app.

Is to much now , every time I open the app I have to update.. getting annoyed

Can you stop making updates every week. I understand you want to improve but you should make it every few months like any app not all the time it’s very annoying

Problems with payment, they sent an email I saying my order is completed but app still showing basket full - total confusion…I guess we will see what shows up. My second poor experience
