I have been using Instashop, i think from when they started. And has been one of the most easy and smooth apps to use. Ease of use to shop from the list of different stores, And to top it their customer service is amazing. From the beginning to now, its only gotten better. Easy to communicate with and reach the customer service and the issue, if any is addressed within no time. I give 5 stars to the app, the service provided and the riders too.

I placed an order from a shop which is like 5 mins away from my home. The order of just 10-15 items was promised to be delivered in 50 mins (it should have taken me no more than 20-30 mins to go myself and buy all the stuff) but it’s more than one hour and still nothing. In the age where noon brings you a laptop from a faraway shop within 15 minutes, they’re unable to deliver a simple order in over an hour. Highly disappointed.

If have any problems about the order don’t responding from insta shop today I called two times but didint solved my problem

Absolutely fake products. I got 2 @hermes perfumes from vperfumes via Instashop and they have turned out to be fake. Both, @instashop_app and @vperfumesofficial are not taking responsibility for these counterfeit products. Money just down the drain. Instashop has agreed on call that 95% of their customers have complained about vperfumes, but still take no action against them.
