badddd return i i will not buy from it again , i was have loyalty before !!!

I placed my order on last July and for some reason it was returned to ASOS and it has been 50 days. I haven’t gotten my refund. And I can’t even complain? Or call them? Or chat them? You know whom are you talking with when you are chatting with them It has been 6 months and I didn’t get my refund 😂

They have the audacity to give you size recommendation but receive it wrong and also NO exchange policy? and you gotta pay them double price for shipment and delivery

I used to order from asos all the time but not the quality has gone down especially t shirts quality these are known brands why are do they look so cheap and the price isn’t cheap?? I cannot order something without returning 80% of the items because of the quality. Actually insane how bad asos has become compared to 4 years ago

I ordered from the website and its been a year. I spent 800 and I still didn’t get anything in return. I cant even contact anyone. This app is a scam. I didn't get my order nor did I get my refund. More than horrible. Deserves less than zero stars.
