Se passaram três meses e ainda não recebi a minha encomenda, e não consigo encontrá-la pois é uma encomenda não rastreavél. Nem os funcionários da loja conseguiram resolver isso. Eles mesmos não conseguem dar informações da transportadora que eles mesmos disponibilizam. Não sei se vou conseguir resolver isso, tenho tentado ainda e isso é bem estressante. As taxas do meu cartão foram cobradas, mas não recebi até agora oque comprei em Janeiro. Não recomendo para quem mora no Brasil, não vale o estresse (piorou se você não fala inglês e tem que usar o Google tradutor como eu). Vi na internet poucos brasileiros que compraram e que chegou tudo certo, por isso comprei lá e por ter algo que eu não achava em nenhum lugar do Brasil. Mas infelizmente a minha experiência com a loja foi péssima (está sendo péssima), fico estressada só de pensar nisso.

Comprei uma peça de mil reais e paguei pela taxa de envio, porém o produto ficou preso e se eu quiser pegar tenho que pagar exatamente mil reais. Um absurdo

Trying to contact Asos is a real nightmare! It is not possible to reply to the emails I received, the app does not have this option, the app directs me to the website and nothing works, the chat is never available, when I click to send an email I come back to the same page over and over many times...it doesn't work!!! Horrible!!! It makes us lose time and patience trying to get in touch with the customer service that just doesn't exist!!! I have no intention of making any other purchases at Asos and I will delete the app. I purchased but I didn't receive any confirmation, I tried to purchase again, no confirmation, so I gave up, hours later I received 2 emails confirming the two identical orders, I immediately contacted Asos and they said that it was not possible to cancel. So I had to pay and receive 2 identical orders, one of the packages was delivered torn and all opened, one of the dresses had a broken zipper, I had to return everything... Meanwhile i decided to make a new purchase, after making the payment I decided to change the items, I saw that it was possible to cancel the order, immediately canceled and bought again. It was just a few seconds for them to debit the amounts from my account, a few minutes to cancel the order and now I have to wait up to 2 weeks to get my money back ... I don’t consider it fair and acceptable that long to return the money, it should be done immediately. I will delete the app and no longer intend to make any purchases on the Asos website.

I hate that I wanted to save more than 500 items and couldn’t, so I did a broad for each one and the items get out and lost then all. You should get better in this, because you have more than 500 things that I want to buy and they disappear make me lost all my fell.
