No money refund with ASOS
I didn’t receive my money back only a voucher which expires fast. As a not regular buyer was quiet disappointing. Further the contact service was very hard to reach to solve issues. I will mostly likely not order again.
No option to change language
Once you set the country you are based right now, that immediately changes to that language, without any possibility to keep at least English. Against what I really wanted to do, I have to delete my account… loosing a client for not having a very vey basic feature…

Ich liebe Asos, alles übersichtlich, alles zu haben, nur leider kann man der Lieferung am nächsten Tag nicht so ganz vertrauen da UPS/HERMES immer verspätet liefern
