Poor customer service
Been struggling with my package for two weeks, even now no answers, been trying to get hold of asos agent but failing, only contact info, it’s only online chat which is not helping

I love everything about ASOS I find good quality clothing that is beautiful and stylish Thank you ASOS
While I enjoy a good shop of various brands on one platform, I don’t enjoy that I can’t select the language of the app without changing my location/country. Would be great if that could be included in the next update :)
Discount was popping up recommending that I spend more than £120 for a 20%, and the discount was applied after I added more items on my cart. Disappointment.

I ordered with you guys last year, my package was set to arrive on the 4th of January 2023. It’s now the 12th of February 2023. I have received no communication, cannot track my order and there is no direct contact which customers can communicate directly with you about their issues except the common ask questions section with already set answers that don’t assist in this situation.
If you have used ASOS and you have not received your parcel you and you want to get refunded … go to google / safari / chrome and search ASOS customer care. There you will be directed to customer care and that person will help you get your refund in about 10 days, but you have to receieve a confirmation email telling you the refund will be processed. And do not use standard shipping because its untraceable instead use express shipping in order for you to receive your package.
I live in South Africa my order was supposed to come on the 22nd December 2022 It is now 30th January 2023 . Still no parcel , no reliable tracking information and no help on trying return or cancel my order successfully. A waste of my time and a horrible waste of my money .
I love the products but my only issue is you don’t communicate with as where are products are
Can’t even contact anyone
