Is ASOS free?
Yes, ASOS is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is ASOS legit?
⚠️ The ASOS app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
(1) ASOS now charges delivery fee for returns - so beware. (2) Not every item can now be returned in 30 days (but ASOS doesn’t say so in the product page). (3) They didn’t acknowledge my returns even though I have shipped the items for return using their QR code from Hong Kong 2 weeks ago. (4) There is no customer hotline, email or chat box that you can reach out to for assistance. Basically they just take your money and fade away.

Incomplete information on items
Unlike other apps like Amazon and Zalora, their description of items are not complete so beware! I ordered a pair of trainers and paid full price but it did not come with a brand box. I was told this happens in their warehouse but that I can be “assured” that the item is original. When I told them I was unhappy they did not disclose this in the item description, I was told that I can always send it back but that I need to pay the return fee. Never shopping here again. At least both Amazon and Zalora have free returns!
Not able to check my order
I consider myself a loyal customer of asos and yet I have been having trouble checking my orders.
I have tried updating the apps, kill apps and even sign out and sign in again just to see if there’s any update and the result is very disappointed.
I just placed an order ytd and trying to tell my friends to get one of the item from my orders, and I’m not able to do so in my own account.
Kindly fix the issues asap, thank you!

The one yr shipping policy changed after u paid
I have paid for a yr unlimited shipping last yr, then I was being informed that the policy was changed , and there was the extra requirement for free shipping above $300, I mean how did u managed to change after customer have paid? At least I would have a choice of cancel the contract maybe? U can’t add or adjust terms after the contract was made , isn’t it ,? Ever since I haven’t even made any purchased on this app anymore , I was a fans of this app previously . Beside their make up is highly priced compare to any other make up web site as well.

Never receive the refund!!
Asos never refund my money back after 8 months!! I have contacted their CS for multiple times, they even claim the refund is done and said it’s the bank’s problem and ask me to call the bank. I called, and the bank said no refund record from ASOS is found. Refund policy is a scam, don’t fall!!
