The products are legit and good but the only problem is the customer service on which is very difficult to get in touch. After sales service is not that good!

Trusting back asos seems fine in the first couple of orders but theyre living to their bad reputation: 1. Sending incorrect items low quality shipment process disgusting indeed 2. Bought a different color, same brand, line products same tag but the actual fit/sizing is terribly off 3. The live chat is not true live at all taking 15minutes to hour they will keep disconnecting you or support are idle or dodging work 4. Customers support at their live chat wont hear out they just wanted to send you all the templates reply they have in their pocket such lame

My parcel didn’t arrive

New courier is unreliable. Did’t get my order for the 2nd time since they changed it.

Never ordering here again. My order is delayed for more than two weeks and their chat support cannot address any of my concerns. The order does not also update when the new delivery will be. Very unsatisfied

I've got all I needed here. I just hope there's some sort of points and freebies for frequent buyers as I think I will be shopping here more often
