To whom it may concern,
I have been your customer for years, and the usability of the app has gone really bad:
1) Logging a return
- I have already selected the order I want to return and yet the first input field you ask to fill in, is the order number that I have to go back inside the app to find and can’t even copy+paste it but have to type it, leaving the human error factor.
- You give an option to fill phone, email or zip code in the next field, yet only email seems to be correct
2) Return label
- You require the customer to have a printer at hand - in 2024! Hello, eco-friendliness!
Didn’t you use to provide a return sticker in all orders? Bring those back, please!

Asos was one of my favorite fashion sites until they Bagged the transport with Payment both when sent and when returned. I understand that we are all open-minded, but the gay pictures you have on the website do not seem appropriate at all. I have nothing to do with anyone or with sexual orientations, but let's still keep what is for women to remain for women and vice versa. For these two things I will delete my account! I enjoyed! Bye!

Do not contact their customer service either. I’ve seen vegetables that are more intelligent and understand language
Terrible customer service
They lost my order twice and then I had to pay even more to get it back. When there are problems they just shrug it off saying “well it’s ASOS AI I cant do anything”

The app will recommend the right size for you so less returns! Love the extensive range. Would like to see more streetwear brands.
