I have tried to return my order but the return slip never came to my e-mail address as stated in the app. It has been 3 days now and since ASOS has no customer care, there is no-one to discuss this issue with. Only the stupid on-line assistant. Horrible customer care.

Poor work, often sending the wrong size!!! clothes and getting stained and dirty, wasting time having to return them.

this is one of my faves for online shopping. one slight issue i have which would be easy to fix: please let the reviews be visible even when the item is sold out. it’s so difficult to shop online, we as customers deserve to see what others have to say about the item.

Smaller sizes are usually sold out and not put back. Restock it. Fix it please.

in men's clothing there are a lot of incomprehensible women's clothes that are dressed on ('men'). Can't be disabled. big minus because I don't want to see it.

Really terrible, I was supposed to receive a package on Tuesday. The messages in the email contradicted each other in the place and weight of the order. Although it was physically in the mailroom, it could not be issued to me due to duplication by the sender. It was taken back to sender on Wednesday without my knowledge or consent. Customer service does not apply to my situation. I have neither the package nor the money. Crazy communication with both ppl and asos. Big disappointment.
