I made an order late november and was expected it to arrive on December 23rd (it’s now January 2nd). The reasons i’m very upset about customer service are the following: - No emailing system. Just a live chat in place that inconveniences the customer, gives them no access to thread history and makes us have to repeat all previously stated issues and timelines of communications with multiple consultants who are all saying different things and thereby evading any responsibility for the case whatsoever, - My parcel was untracked by Fedex courier partner, and the whereabouts are now unknown.There is no communication system between asos and the courier company and i was told to just wait it out and hope for the best. Asos told me to contact them again on December 26th if the order didn’t arrive and they’ll “sort it out for me” - I contact them on December 26th to report that it still hasn’t arrived and am assured by a consultant that if the items don’t arrive on December 27th, that i will have the option to either get a refund or have product items replaced and expedited at Asos’s expense. - I wait for December 27th to pass, contact another consultant who now tells me that i have to wait until January 24th before they can do anything conclusive (which is when my vacation for when i needed the clothes is long over). I express my frustration to the consultant and ask that they please explain to me why the other consultant communicated something differently. I demand the refund and am essentially told that i would be forced to wait until January 24th without so much as any explanation for the communication inconsistency or compensation for the fact that a) it’s past my vacation , b) i’m having to go through all of this effort with creating new threads and c) consultants are saying different things. It’s interesting to me that once that last consultation ended (without any resolution for my issue), i did not get the standard customer service feedback review email from asos that i always get after consultations. The fact that there is no way to resolve the issue or be compensated as a customer essentially amounts to me being scammed by Asos.

Terrible customer service, slow refunds. I sent a return and it arrived to them on March 3rd and I have still not gotten my refund. 2 months??? To process someones return and send the money back?
