Can’t find Nike products on search.?

Received wrong item, still got charged customs charges

Ordered a Dr Martens Adrian loafer from Asos, they sent the wrong variant (different from the product picture) and in a completely wrong size. I was charged $60 for customs charges to receive the package, but upon realising that they sent the wrong pair, I contacted asos about a refund. They said they were unable to give any form of refund or compensation for the customs charges whatsoever, despite it being their mistake in sending the wrong item. Decided to return the order anyway and not purchase from Asos again. I don’t mind eating the customs fee if I had ordered the wrong item/size, but it wasn’t my mistake and asos made no attempt to compensate the cost of their mistake. It could be as simple as offering store credits or a voucher. I would be wary ordering anything from them, especially if you’re shipping overseas.

Easy returns, wide range for all shapes, great styles. I think nearly 90% of my closet are from ASOS. 😍

I like ASOS but want to suggest that you look into using Shopback, Atome, Grab Paylater. It would encourage more people to buy (and buy more).

Comfort & easy to ordER

Generally good

However my returns have issues and I cannot return because though I submitted a home collection. It came when I was not around and I have no way to fix it

No customer support

There is no way you can contact the support team for your queries or if any issue happens with your order, only way was via the faqs and my email also they blocked now so I can’t even send them the email
