I started a free trial and loved the idea of audiobooks, but I'm disappointed to learn that a premium subscription only allows for ONE credit per month. As someone who typically reads 12 books a month, sometimes reading a few at the same time,this limitation of one book only feels restrictive. And I don’t want to pay extra while on the premium subscription, paying for each other book I want to read. Could you consider offering more credits?
Literally, the worst app I ever have - half the books work, half give you a playback error, unsubscribing is hell, UX is terrible
I have a trial subscription for .99 cents a month. I’ve collected 3 credits and I can’t spend any of them - shows an error every time. Terrible way to advertise anything as basically no good title is available. Absolute garbage
I would have given 5 stars but the issue I have is that quite some of the books i buy should have an accompanying pdf files. Without such files you miss quite a bit on the experience and some books are completely useless without such files.
I was charged for a cancelled subscription. Help section in the site is no help at all. The help link for refunds doesn't even work. I managed to find an email even though it is not mentioned on the site. They wrote back they were going to issue a refund. Of course I have to wait up to 7 days to get my money back and the exchange rate is not the same, but who cares.
A lot of advice and content told through stories that keep you interested and engaged.
I like Audible cause it offers a lot of Book titles, but I don’t appreciate the idea of having one credit per month in order to be able to read a new book, especially after I have subscribed for the paid subscription. It would be great if we could at least have the option to buy titles that we want to read without having to subscribe or if we have subscribed I think it is only fair to have full access to the books! I will give it a go for some time, but if I don’t adjust to this weird kind of subscription I will probably have to cancel it.
I enjoy very much Audible, it has so many titles and high quality narrators. Keep up the good work!
Can’t buy an audiobook from the app.
This app sucks. No synchronization whatsoever, I make a purchase and the app doesn’t respond for hours.
