I would have given 5 stars but the issue I have is that quite some of the books i buy should have an accompanying pdf files. Without such files you miss quite a bit on the experience and some books are completely useless without such files.
I was charged for a cancelled subscription. Help section in the site is no help at all. The help link for refunds doesn't even work. I managed to find an email even though it is not mentioned on the site. They wrote back they were going to issue a refund. Of course I have to wait up to 7 days to get my money back and the exchange rate is not the same, but who cares.
A lot of advice and content told through stories that keep you interested and engaged.
I like Audible cause it offers a lot of Book titles, but I don’t appreciate the idea of having one credit per month in order to be able to read a new book, especially after I have subscribed for the paid subscription. It would be great if we could at least have the option to buy titles that we want to read without having to subscribe or if we have subscribed I think it is only fair to have full access to the books! I will give it a go for some time, but if I don’t adjust to this weird kind of subscription I will probably have to cancel it.
I enjoy very much Audible, it has so many titles and high quality narrators. Keep up the good work!
Can’t buy an audiobook from the app.
This app sucks. No synchronization whatsoever, I make a purchase and the app doesn’t respond for hours.
I've been using the service and iPhone app for years. All this time there was always big discrepancy between how high the volume at other apps is and how low the volume of the Audible books is. Other than that it's great.
Tapping on the item being downloaded asks you "are you sure you want to stop downloading bla bla", I confirm and download just continues. Ate 0.5G mobile data until I finally managed to block it from my phone settings. Otherwise the app is fine. Used up a lot of battery on my Android, can't say for iOS yet.
I had high hopes for this app, but it is for retarded people. I really wanted this to be good...
