Their subscription model should be illegal. If you cancel your subscription you lose all your credits that you have already paid for. Audible should not be allowed to operate in Europe with this scamming American system of fooling its customers!
There was one feature that you had to deliver all these years, in-app purchasing. Instead we got a redesign with “drive with Waze banners”, and now many of the features don’t work. Some of the books don’t even play, and I have to call you for support?!
It charges me so I try to cancel subscription but it says I’m not a member !! I want to cancel but HOWWWWWW?? I searched it on Google but nothing is working since it says I’m not a member … then how is it charging ??
Audible is definitely the audiobook app to beat. A great option for listening to audiobooks with a good selection of tools. Ever since I started using it I’ve found it extremely satisfactory. My only issue with audible (and it’s a big one) is that you can’t export your audio clips and notes. I’d be great if I could export everything to Readwise for example.
So it appears that if you are subscribed using the app and if you ask for a refund having a valid reason, the audible company doesn’t take responsibility to take action and they redirect you to ask for a refund from the AppStore instead. So let me get this straight… you took my money with the click of a button but now that you need to give it back you are asking me to contact somebody else? What kind of mockery is this?
To sync an audiobook to Apple Watch is a painful experience - please fix it
This app has massive potential, both for consumers and for the company itself. I’m surprised and shocked at the state of the UX of this app. It’s as if there’s no team behind this. You cannot make purchases from the app, only from the website yet the connection is entirely buggy. I’ve bought books on the website but cannot listen to them because I’m being redirected to this app and the links are broken. Apart from this, the overall experience is strange because you cannot find your wishlist, you cannot add things to favorites. There’s not discovery section. I’m just really surprised that this app exists in this state - at this time of innovation and product growth...
The app is terrible! Super confusing to navigate and not at all convenient.
Downloaded a podcast and I couldn't link it in any possible way with the app . Tried everything . Very bad experience!
I subscribed to the service, I can view and download books on my library on my windows pc but on the iOS app it won’t even recognise my subscription or the books I already have in my library. I can only put books on my favourite list but not listen to them. Tried signing out and in again, re downloading app, nothing!
