Audible has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is USD 19.57.
I reinstalled the app and can’t access my account, for some reason it’s linked to a phone number which I’m not using for the last 3 years (while I was using the app regularly recently and it never asked for a phone number)
Accessing with authentication through the email only is not possible, which is absolutely ridiculous. Customer support through the chat is NOT AVAILABLE, only roaming phone calls on the international numbers (that don’t only charge like crazy but also not available with my carrier now). Very poorly managed service. That’s ridiculous
looks like ok, but...
I simply could not open accompanying pdf to my book. The spinner is spinning (or whatever animation there is) and the screen remains blank.

I’m sick of app reminding about notifications
I’m sick of app reminding me to turn of the notifications EACH DAMN TIME I OPEN IT. Stop this! It’s my right to disable or enable them, just leave me alone, damn it! You got 1 star from me and possible ending membership, if you don’t fix that!!!
Book stucked on processing
Decided to try the app for the first time and so far the worst app that I ever used, charged 18$ subscription and from the beginning can’t add the book I wanted to listen😞 What a disappointment!
Credits
I canceled the subscription in 2023, but today I was charged for some credits, it costs me 9,95€. I can’t cancel these credits as my subscription was cancelled. So how can I pay for the credits I don’t want?!

It's such a scam
When you go to the website, there are deals like 6 USD or 14 USD a month. When you log in in the app, tge only option is 18 USD. Such a filthy lies and scam
Couldn’t login
I even couldn’t login to the app. Because accidentally I have 2 Amazon accounts, and they cannot be merged (but why?!). I don’t have neither other email address, no other mobile number to use on Amazon😡. Hate this
The audiobook I already listened fails to play now and support is awful
I have the book I bought on Amazon and was listening to a while ago. Now return an error that download failed. I chatted with Amazon support and spent on it about an hour or more with no success. I even decided to buy another version of this book but amazon returns an error as well. I’ve tried to connect with audible support, already spent half an hour with no success.
