Even though I enjoyed this writer’s book, I felt that the person whom edited the book wasn’t interested in the story and cut out a lot more interesting parts more interested in sex and gory details
Poor choice of books for £7.95
Like the idea so tried a free trial with intent to subscribe. Searched for 5 of my favourite authors and good selection. Unfortunately NONE of them are available with my membership and lots of prompts to Upgrade to the £150 per year option. Whole point of a trial is to be able to test it with a book you might like, not authors you have never heard of. Waste of time :-(
The Apple watch support is very bad
The phone app is decent but the watch support is complete trash, books sync only sometimes and when it works it takes forever

Little Scratch by Rebecca Watson
An extraordinary tale of the life of a woman at work in an office who gets raped. Through stream of consciousness telling, the narrator gets you into her head, full of doubts, deliberation, self-blame, reflections, the inability/ impossibility of being able to tell anyone, entrapment. This is a really visceral and unique telling on the subject of sexual abuse and an important work, in my view, in terms of not only raising more awareness of something which today all are, and should be aware, but calling for action on this diabolical act of male dominance in the workplace and elsewhere. Seriously, worst experience I’ve ever had in ANY mobile app. What the actual f* are you on about Jeff? App doesn’t work? Paid couldn’t get song via app lol! Cancelled membership, today they come back and charge me out of the blue: I hope your 13 dollars is worth your review. Absolute joke of a business.

All i can say its good job!! I've purchased an audiobook through their subscription plan and didn't like it simply because the narrator! And i had the option tho return the book through their exchange method! So they returned a credit back in to my account but i already cancelled the subscription because it was a one off i just wanted to get that book! But they did charge me for the subscription already! I send an e-mail to their customer support and they told me that i'll get a full refund within 7-10 working days! Within 24 hours the money was in my account! Bravo that's all i can say! Good job! And i thought it was going to be so difficult like the rest of the big companies! Jeff Bezos You're the man! Also a big Thank you to the Customer service Agent for being so helpful!
