App keeps crashing!
Usually really good app, but the last week it keeps crashing! Had to delete and install couple of times, which means having to download the whole library again…

Sneaky no-returns policy
Beware any purchases made with money are not eligible for return anymore (only with credits, they claim)
They never stopped billing me
I canceled my membership in March yet they are still billing me every month. According to audible I don’t have a current membership but they are still billing me automatically every month. And then they are impossible to reach out to. Worst membership experience I have ever had.

Imagine paying €18 a month for 1 book, if you get this and think its normal you should reconsider your life choices. If you want to get this but arent sure DONT because going to a bookstore is cheaper and you wont get scammed.
Pop up on startup
Every. Single. Time. No, I will not turn on notifications. STOP ASKING ME. If this stuff is not out of my face by next month I don’t care about the amount of content, I will switch to another service.
Manipulative
Beware of Amazon’s credit sucking machine. For months, the app showed that I had no subscription but my amazon uk account has been paying subscriptions on its own. Without me being emailed, notified or even it being shown on my subscription list.
Impossible to end subscription on mobile
Of course it’s possible to start your subscription on your mobile, very easy. To end subscription on mobile is too much, how dare I. Please buy a laptop first
Entertaining and insightful
I’m not big into golf but I nonetheless enjoyed this a lot. The near infinite ways in which Donald cheats at golf reveals his character.
Not compatible with Apple TV
It’s very annoying it isn’t compatible with the Apple Tv
