Verty hard to cancel membership
Even though I did not use the app I cannot cancel. Expensive for what it offers. Did not recomment. There are better cheaper competitors. I would rate it lower than one star.

Used to be absolutely great but now it’s filled with bugs. I think they are trying very hard to keep up with the new styles in design but some features do not work anymore. For example I just bought a book and (mythos-stephen fry) and when I click on it it says 0 parts.
One of the worst audiobook apps in existence.
The bootup time is insane. It should not take this long to start. If you need to validate again a server defer the call, don’t let me sit there every time this pos starts. Continuously pushes the store at the expense of the app experience. Nobody clicks on the widget hoping to get to the store page. They do it cause they want to look at something on the current book you’re listening to. Incompetent returns policy. You can return it if it’s within a year, but wait a minute, that’s not true, you can return only 2 titles which doesn’t really work when you buy a whole boxset and realize that the author is a bit trash and you don’t want to go through the rest of the books.
Can’t cancel subscription
I signed up for free trial. I want to cancel it. They say on the site that I do not have a subscription, but every month, they take 15$ from my account and even though ‘I do not have a subscription’. Stupid app! I hope I solve this problem soon, and never use it again.
Atrocious support
Tried chatting to the support about switching my account from .co.uk as I no longer live in the UK, but on chat no one could help and though they promised a representative would contact me, it’s been weeks and nothing happened.
My experience
The app itself is very good, until you want to unsubscribe, cus the process can be extremely complicated, in the Membership Details tab on my account there was no “cancel membership button”. Not even on the desktop website. Really annoying

Although i have disabled my subscription, they just charged me again.
A must listen/read for every Christian
An excellent book and very relevant for our times. A must read/ listen for every Christian. It is said (and I fully agree) that a good book is one which draws you to prayer. It is certainly the case with this book. Quite often, especially in the first chapters, after listening a small part, I felt the need to pray about what I just heard.
Worst customer service
I am very dissatisfied by the customer service of Amazon/Audible.. They speak v.poor English, extremely hard to be understood. I’ve spent three hours on the phone to unblock the account, blocked by their awful algorithms.
Amazing book
Te book was amazing, the Author has an unique story and knows very well how to tell it.
