Booking.com brought me to the wrong hotel
I was looking for a room in California. Booked a room for me in Louisiana. I had to pay for a night even though I canceled right away. Definitely staying with Expedia.
Small but expectex
Close to the station. Rooms are small but to be expected for Japan. It's smaller than a cruise room. Beds are hard for my preference but to be expected. We didn't spend too much time in the rooms. Therefore lol to be expected for its location.

Horrible
Do not use this service. I booked a condo and received confirmation. Property manager then notified me that property was not available. Spent hours trying to get refund from Booking.com. Customer service atrocious.

First time using Booking.com
We have never ventured beyond VRB, but my daughter suggested this application to help with our reservations this week. It has really been very helpful, organizing the days of the week, and the things that I should do before arriving at our next destination. Bookings.com offers suggestions of activities at each new city, and how to get a taxi, or Uber, train, bus, any transportation need to help you get to your new “home” for the night. I also found it helpful to have immediate help from a “real” person in case it was necessary.

Host was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and spacious. Great location.
Deceiving practices. Bad customer service
I can't believe I am using your services. Your customer service is horrible and your policies are abusive.
