UZAS!
Too muc options to be payed, everything costs and has a subscription model, for me the worst app iv seen it makes you spend more and there is a monthly fee for keeping your acc,do nkt install search for alternativve.
The worst bank ever, they close your account randomly without explanation and they freeze your money for 4 months DO NOT USE THIS BANK,there are better alternatives.
I would recommend to anyone. Rather install Revolut or some other app. You lose a lot of money for transactions and it doesn’t allow any internet transaction. Every internet transaction I tried they rejected and I wasn’t able to approve even. Plus for a transaction of 40 euro they charged me 8 euro conversion fee
It doesn’t even want to open. Click on the shortcut, tries to open and then breaks. Reinstalling doesn’t help
was a big fan of bunq untill there were system problems on 2/1/2025. not only were my payments denied (so had to leave without shopping), but also later that day my account showed 2 entries: ‘denied’ and ‘reserved’. since i had tried to pay 3x (all denied), the cost of 3x groceries was niw reserved. trying to get help from Bunq did not help, since they ask me to get proof from the supermarket (what ofcourse does not go). and this where they caused the issue + have proof in their system that the payment was denied. extremely fustrated now & their helpdesk is useles!!
A lot of cool and usefull features like auto save and the budget insides, changing cvc numbers etc keep it up
Dus rekening opheffen. Weg is mijn eerste storting van 50 euro. En weg zijn twee niet facturabele uren. Bedankt Bunk! Gaat lekker zo! Not.
I’ve been a loyal bunq customer since 2017, joining in my early twenties. For years, bunq was an amazing, progressive bank with a beautiful, simple UI. But after eight years, it’s time to part ways. Lately, instant transfers don’t always work, even when opting out of delayed payments. The UI feels more cluttered than ever, and features like the stock tab can’t be hidden if they’re not in use. International bank transfers have also become a hassle, when trying to send money to a UK account, I had to confirm the recipient’s date of birth, which made the process unnecessarily complicated. When I reached out to “SOS” for help with suspicious transactions, it took two weeks to get a response. After all this time, I would have expected bunq to offer a phone line for urgent issues. I’m sad to leave, but I need a more reliable bank, one that gives me confidence that if something goes wrong, like frozen funds, I have a number to call. Insurance options would have been great too. I know bunq has started moving in that direction, but it’s not quite there yet. The “Bank of the Free” motto felt true for a long time, but recently, bunq seems more focused on following competitors rather than leading with innovation. I understand the financial realities behind that, but it’s still disappointing. That said, it’s been a great run, and I appreciate everything bunq has done over the years.
