Easy, fast, smooth so satisfied!
Not advise to use it
A very bad bank that does not care about customers, does not care about solving problems, and takes a long time to solve problems. Imagine you want to transfer in an emergency situation and the transfer does not arrive. After 5 days, the bank contacts you and tells you that it wants additional information. You send the information, and after another 5 days, you do not receive a response. It is really a mockery of customers and I do not advise anyone to use it

LAZY
This is the laziest and most untrustworthy company I have ever had to do with! Ask anyone in NL trying to get help from bunq and they will agree that this company is FALLING APART. Delayed services (wether it’s customer service or if you’ve orders a bank card for example) what ever I is, it’s not going to be on time. The website is broken and the employees are 90% a robot trying to answer your questions, would not recommend if you are using this bank to get paychecks or to use as your default / Main bank… Bunq feel free to contact me n’ try to fix the mess that just keeps getting bigger the more time that passes, a robot does not understand the problems I am experiencing..
The worst bank
They closed my account without excuses and they don’t let me contact them either. I have provided all my European documents and now they have my id Information and I can not get in touch with them to ask them to delete all my information.

They don’t make it clear what you can and can’t do without premium and what’s on their website is not clear. Once they have your money and you need to do something all of a sudden you have to click on “get premium” to make an ideal payment I hate bunq
