The application process was easy and very slick however i have one big problem where when i try to add a new payment method to my apple id it says that my BUNQ bankcard number is not valid for the Netherlands? I hope the developers can rectify this problem.
I was really keen on using the services of bunq, however, the app is not working and there is absolutely no support in this regard
I love bunq but you can improve a lot. The current interface/functionality is not so nice to work with. - I want better analytics - better search - show all payments to this account - Way to customize views and remove the “us” tab as i dont use it - shortcuts for pay/receive (at the moment its two clicks) and should just be one - on the me page show some analytics/customizable widgets. Lots of space wasted currently. I love that you help the env but dont have to see it the whole time. Use space to something useful for user. Hope this helps a bit for constructive feedback.
I’ve been stranded in Spain with need of way to access money as the atm swallowed my card... I’ve been shoved around all over the place as I struggle to get one delivered I payed twice and I still don’t have a card and you still require the proof of residency after I’ve submitted it a few times... anyone thinking of using this sad excuse or a bank should think twice.
