The banking is great for normal activities. I/we have been battling to open an account fir my wife and the App is stuck… We have tried to contact N26, but only get the BOT which is too limited and cannot help. Cannot find an email address to ask a question to be assisted by a human. Very frustrating.! Anton
Everything on the banking app is just so easy ! I love this bank !
I opened a bank account, completed the identity verification and received my bank card. After 3 days I could not access my bank account saying I must verify identity. I have been trying to complete but the app does not allow any selection. I currently have no access to the bank account. I tried getting support from the support team but no assistance for the past week.
So easy to use - support helps immediately! Very happy would recommend
I moved to Germany from South Africa and it is safe to say that the N26 app is like Sifi technology compared to what we have in South Africa hahahaha. The app is amazing and the UI is so aesthetic and clean. It makes me want to use the app all the time as opposed to my South African banking app which I dread logging into 10/10 🔥🔥🔥
Don’t recommend. Rather get Revolut.
Same experience with 2 accounts. Lots of trouble verifying accounts. Sms codes extremely slow, to the point where the app is unusable. No real features available in free version. Will be closing our accounts as soon as we can withdraw the cash, if we can get the app to work enough to accomplish even that much.
I am using N26 now for two months and am very happy with the card. The app is complete and the service is excellent.
Absolutely one of the best banking apps out there... The only thing I miss is the ability to have multiple currencies and convert between them at my leisure. Thanks for a good app! 👏🏼
