STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
I bought the Carly App full version for all car makers Plus Smart mechanic, bassically as much as we can get from the App.
Paid 149,95€ for a annual subscription, purchase was made on the 8th March.
Today is 29th March and i have not recieved the scanner yet!
Contacted the support and they keep sending me copy/paste answers of how sorry they are for this bla/bla/bla , we will send replacement right away bla/bla/bla and nothing yet…
I already have more than 20 e-mails from them but always with the same excuses…
The truth is that my license is already counting the time (1year) and i am not able to use it!!
More, because they claim its a software license they dont accept refunds! I am still going to state my case to PayPal but i dont have much faith for me, one of their e-mails shows the fine print that most of us dont even read, stating exactly this…
My advice for everyone is to go and get other company, these guys are simply not honest to customers, and the support is a joke

Não faz o que promete, são uns aldrabões.
Na maioria das marcas não faz mesmo nada.
Não apaga erros de air-bag, nem sequer os deteta.
Lê valores errados.
Não apresenta os valores em tempo real dos sensores para a maioria dos carros.
Na última atualização até retiraram os toyota Avensis anteriores a 2009.
E para Toyota e Lexus também não serve para nada.
Uma verdadeira aldrabice estão a burlar as pessoas.
