Карли самая ненадежная по софту компания , в погоне за рынком вне бренда БМВ творит постоянные программные косянки , так Например у меня все нормально работало с E-серией , но 2 года назад карлЯ выпустила обновления что теперь для того чтобы сбросить ошибку SRS подушек безопасности нужно пройти круги мучений сброса чтения сброса чтения сброса чтения , обратная связь с этими клоунами просто отписка ! Чтобы вы понимали кто вам пишет , то Опыт диагностики и обслуживания автомобилей с 2006 года , Карли глупая загребающая Мани на незнании покупателя компания! Ежегодно требующая за свои косяки ещё и абонентную плату , и видя что клиенты БМВ уходят начала гоняться за другими брендами где я думаю там такие же сплошные костяки криворуких программистов ! Биммерлинк и Бимеркод в помощь буммеристам , держался за Карли ради того что поддерживает ранние E-серии , после 1 года подписки отказался навсегда

OBD functions doesn’t work at all (loop of pop-up “tap on connect OBD” 3. Live data motor electronics doesn’t work at all. Infinite black screen. Summarize all above: overpriced, raw, useless app. More over: I paid for maximum possible access, and now I observe “unlock all features” what?????

Scammers
I bought the maximum license with an adapter, nowhere was it written that it was a subscription, and a year later they charged another $147 without warning. And this is taking into account the fact that the annual license now costs $70. Fraudsters. The adapter itself works crookedly with the latest Mercedes. Tech support is simply not responding.
BMW E46 2001
После декабрьского обновления программы перестала адекватно работать, сбросить ошибки модуля MRS (airbag) это просто издевательство, по пять раз считывание модуля чтобы скинуть в нем ошибку. Данный модель вообще общим стиранием перестал скидывать ошибку, только индивидуальным считыванием и сброоом возможно достичь результата. Версия 40.1.2 работала без всяких проблем с кузовом E серии , но как только обновили софт, то напортачили в нем что до сих пор нормально программа не работает и это при том что я за неё ежегодно обязан платить !! Для разработчиков мое декабрьское обращение 2021 года Carly Ticket 566027
Обманщики
Купил сканер с пакетом Audi/VW… на официальном сайте. А потом случайно узнал, что это всего лишь годовая подписка, а не пожизненная лицензия. Самое важное, что при оформлении покупки нигде ни слова не было написано, что это ограниченная подписка. Возможности вернуть по словам поддержки нет даже не смотря на то, что я ни разу не пользовался, а сам сканер ещё не доставлен мне. И зачем спрашивается мне обычному владельцу ауди платить за софт ежегодно, когда я им раз в пару лет пользоваться буду?(Предыдущим Carly для Mercedes я пользовался именно так и тогда была пожизненная лицензия)
