Above and beyond

With one master password and encryption this application is on point!

Frustrated with the constant Multifactor failings

KrisKoenig on

LastPass has been the go to for me and my business. They have clumsily attempted to update cybersecurity since they had the major data breach a year and a half ago. It has been impossible to get logged in and even my non-multifactor enabled personal account now reads as “Multifactor authentication failed” each time I try to log in. Also whe I try to log in and there is a failure, I later find that an email has been sent to me in order to authenticate it’s me. No notifications that email has been sent though, so until I check my email I’m trying to reset password or go to Authenticator, or delete my account to try and start over. No available communication with anyone who is knowledgeable or willing to work thru problems start to finish with you, even with the paid version of business support. It’s clear that in trying to stop financial losses and cybersecurity threats, LastPass has sacrificed the customer experience.

Cannot find password files

I have an email at a hosting site. If i search on the hosting site in the vault I get 292 results. The password I want is somewhere in there but at least 280 of the search results do not contain my search criteria.

User since 2011

13 years I’ve been using LastPass and I think it’s only gotten worse over the years and with a higher cost. Support is lackluster at best. It takes days for a response. With changes over time my account has been harder and harder to access and support doesn’t pay attention to the details in your ticket. I think it’s overdue time to switch password mangers.

Communication is terrible

It is way to difficult to communicate with last pass when you have a technical problem, especially if your problem is with your email!

This Site is wonderful

I have used this App for fourteen years and have never been disappointed with it in any way whatsoever thanks again.

Secure but glitchy

Tajar218 on

United States

I have enjoyed using LastPass for 3 years. It is easy to create passwords and save site links. The app on my phone means I always have my passwords. I feel more secure with LastPass than with Google or Safari somehow saving my passwords. Lately however, LastPass has become glitchy - saying it cannot automatically create a new link and not recognizing a saved log-in site.

Started out good, but….

HaroldM2 on

They’ve moved into paranoid territory. They should make all options user configurable. If I log in a new device it should be my choice if my login fails because it’s a new device!

Not great

levi45 on

Expensive and you reliable for m terms of how consistently it knows when you are adding a new site/password. I end up doing a LOT of manual updates which is pretty lame.

Data Breach and No Customer Support

Data Breach and No Customer Support and no ability to reset master account password.
