Worst experience ever! Here in Madrid it is very difficult to find a parking space . We were in a NONE RESTRICTED PLACE and it wouldn’t park , it said “ you’re in a restricted place, try again “ , we went to another NONE RESTRICTED PLACE and it said the SAME THING ! Lime cheats on you : no info about the prices, cheats on parking because when u need to park it says “Restricted parking “ and it forces you to move and waist more money, even if you switch off your phone it won’t work!
If I could rate it I would put -5 stars
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I recommend JUMP and Voi.
Lame refund policy
So the scooter wouldn’t go. Throttle, battery, no go zone - how would I know. The refund? 50% off my next ride. That’s lame. Paid $6 to stand on a brick.

99% of the time, I can’t get a scooter to work. I get a notification saying something went wrong we’ll be right back. This is so unreliable.

3rd ride was my best ride
I rode the first two times I was disappointed with the low speed of lime scooters but it was because of the low battery to blame . The third trip was fast like I’d seen people ride in the past I’m so happy after my third ride I will use Lime in the future more.
