My experience with this application is very bad
Payment was used by apple pay , and I can’t delete the card from there application, they keep on deducting without using,, be careful don’t use any card for their application.(They stole my money )

Unrecognized Charges
I have received several unrecognized charges from the app.
Not fair
Scooters aren’t working yet it doesn’t accept cancelling the ride due to not being in the parking area although it didn’t move a bit. Wasted 20 mins of my time and made me pay for this time
scam
The worst application and the worst treatment, the customer is defrauded, 12.55 pounds was withdrawn for about an hour and it was written that it was 0.12 pounds per minute and the first 10 minutes were free and not counted and I try again for 4 now phone and It's all lies and deception
