Unrecognized Charges

I have received several unrecognized charges from the app.

Not fair

Scooters aren’t working yet it doesn’t accept cancelling the ride due to not being in the parking area although it didn’t move a bit. Wasted 20 mins of my time and made me pay for this time

The worst application and the worst treatment, the customer is defrauded, 12.55 pounds was withdrawn for about an hour and it was written that it was 0.12 pounds per minute and the first 10 minutes were free and not counted and I try again for 4 now phone and It's all lies and deception

Fun and practical

I really enjoyed riding the electric scooter around Paris! I liked that they had various options for confirmation (through SMS or email) since I had trouble receiving SMS at the time. The beginner mode is also a great option. The phone holder is sturdy and adjustable (if you find one that isn't torn) But if you're not interested in the experience itself, it's not the cheapest option to get around town. Finding a charged vehicle in also a challenge, as well as finding an authorized parking space when you reach your destination. But all in all, a great experience!
