App don’t work at all in other countries except your own. “Invite a friend” option is a scam

Overally app is good, but illogical. Under small print at terms of use it says that ride passes dont apply to group rides, which would only make sense to me, so i used group ride instead of installing pass to girls phone too, and at end of 55min ride saw that my top up card was emptied out.. used up 23€ for 1:50h of riding instead of 14, so extra 10€ just vanished.. be careful is all i can say 😅

"We gave you a free ride" - trying to unlock, I'm told I need to add my phone, and then no code is ever sent "too many requests" Now the offer has expired. Good job, I'm gonna use any of the other available services 👋🏻

So the scooter wouldn’t go. Throttle, battery, no go zone - how would I know. The refund? 50% off my next ride. That’s lame. Paid $6 to stand on a brick.

Very simple to ride easier than a bike!

99% of the time, I can’t get a scooter to work. I get a notification saying something went wrong we’ll be right back. This is so unreliable.
