Lime - #RideGreen

Scam vat absolutely disgraceful, you make your ride, you are charged VAT APART and this is ILLEGAL everywhere, every price MUST expose VAT. Second thing, no helpline, a bike was broken down (like most around) and doesn't accept the end of the ride, the bike has been left behind and we got another one. No helpline, we have paid, then someone will get in touch... In the meantime 77€ for 34' ride with 3 bikes. Absurd.

A lot on annoying banners and messages, more and more with every new version

Used the service in Catania, to reach a restaurant. Could not end the ride as app only allows you to park in designated ‘Lime parking spots’. Closest parking spot was near where I started the trip. Ended up paying and wasting time for nothing. Do not use.

No riding towards the airport?

When battery of your phone is turning off the phone scooter stops and Lime is charging you after that And there is no way to give them back the scooter You need to go home charge and come back to make the photo and you pay a lot Moreover with small wheels no inflatable it is really risky and dangerous on not smooth roads

So the scooter wouldn’t go. Throttle, battery, no go zone - how would I know. The refund? 50% off my next ride. That’s lame. Paid $6 to stand on a brick.

Very simple to ride easier than a bike!

99% of the time, I can’t get a scooter to work. I get a notification saying something went wrong we’ll be right back. This is so unreliable.
