Bicycle seat doesnt hold on desired high. Bicycle doesnt ride with electricity, all ride i had to paddle by myself. Also price was super expensive.

No good, no help
Overcharged triple, no chance to get an explanation. Free ride/minutes is a hoax - stops automatically after 2 minutes. -3/10
Phone number
Me and friends tried to add phone numbers because it doesnt rent without it. For all of us app didnt accept number or accept but didnt send verification code.
Scam app
So, just got charged 2x4.45eur and got nothing. Broken scam app
Lame refund policy
So the scooter wouldn’t go. Throttle, battery, no go zone - how would I know. The refund? 50% off my next ride. That’s lame. Paid $6 to stand on a brick.

Very simple to ride easier than a bike!
Scan rarely works
99% of the time, I can’t get a scooter to work. I get a notification saying something went wrong we’ll be right back. This is so unreliable.
