My flight got cancelled, & I have been in touch with Kiwi customer care for it’s refund. It’s been more than 5 months now, the refund is still in limbo.

Don’t buy tickets from them, the airline company announced bankruptcy right before my flight and informed all the tickets would be refunded with full price, but kiwi didn’t return a cent for three tickets

Do not download this app or using Kiwi in any shape or form. They didn’t complete my seat upgrade request and stole 99 euros from me in the process. I currently have a fraud investigation open with them. User beware.

These legal scammers are ignoring my emails and requests. I am now $5000 in debt due to their unethical business practices. I urgently need to locate their company because the agent I've been dealing with has been dishonest and giving me incorrect information. I have been struggling for months to get a refund. They offered me $207 as a refund without providing any receipt from the airline. I have refused to accept this meagre refund and have sent them multiple emails, but they are not responding. I will have to take legal action through a consumer court or something. If any Kiwi members are reading this, please understand that your methods of earning money are highly unethical and unprofessional, it’s perhaps time to contemplate about your deeds. You have caused significant financial and emotional distress in my life ever since I used your site, but it seems you are indifferent because money matters more to you than morality and ethics. I request people to learn from my experience and never use this company; you are in for ugly surprises.

If your flight is cancelled or delayed in anyway, the airline will tell you to call the third party booking service (Kiwi) and Kiwi will tell you to call the airline and will do absolutely zero for you. It’s not worth the huge fee you will incur when you have to re-book your flight on the same day.

I booked a flight on line and then down loaded the app. They have sent no confirmation to my email address. Will not let me set up an account on the app to contact someone about my flight. No tech support.

Apparently some critical reviews get deleted (like mine). It explains why this app has such a high rating. However, I’ll go through the effort and put the review again, because it is important for me to let other potential users know and beware of dishonest strategies this app uses. I was intended to buy plane tickets through this app for the same day, so I put the day I needed to filter tickets. The app offered me some and I chose those that worked the best for me. I didn’t doublecheck the date because I already put the right date on filter and obviously expected all tickets to be for that date. The app ended up selling me tickets for 2 month from the day I selected. I contacted the help centre immediately and explained the situation, but they refused to give me a refund. The app works the way that they intentionally trick you into buying wrong tickets, and then refuse to give you a refund. It states it in terms and conditions that they can sell you whatever you didn’t request and never give you a refund. I consider it completely dishonest and shady scheme, which is meant to trick people for money. They worked it out to be legal though, as you accept terms and conditions (which of course nobody reads anyway). Be cautious about this app and better buy tickets directly through airlines.

Kiwi will politely tell you to pound sand and take your money. I had a flight booked, but cancelled it under 24 hours of booking, WestJet confirmed they refunded kiwi and kiwi will not give me my money back. They are thieves. Time to lawyer up.

I booked a round trip from Toronto to Vancouver. One of my flight got cancelled from airline. I asked them about my refund and they said “they have provided me for all eligible refund and you are not eligible for any voluntary refund “ and when i asked for details about my they said “ we are processing your refund and it’s gonna take 90 days to process “ Its been already 4 months my flight got cancelled Beaware of these scammers

Somethings go wrong and they won’t help. “Company policy” that’s a no thank you for helping people get to their destination.
