Payments are broken
I don’t know how good are bikes, but the payments are broken — it’s been over a week and I still don’t have access to the system. Payment by card passes my bank and rejected by you, same with applepay, googlepay. Today I sent 2 euro via PayPal and they actually made it to account (confirmed by staff on the phone), but the account is still not activated. Like what is going on, do you hate my bank or something?
Good app but can’t opt out of notifications
I’d like to keep the app installed so I have it the next time I’m in Germany but I don’t want the notifications. Since I can’t opt out I’ll uninstall it until I’m back. 😕

Fraudulent activity on my account ... they don't care
Would give 0/5 if I could. Visited Scotland in Aug '22, made an account, loaded up my CC, paid in full and never thought about this app again. Until... Nov '22 a $19 charge appears on my account. 5 emails sent, no one cares on their side. Can't tell if my credit card details have been compromised. Avoid this app at all costs, no security & no support.
