To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.
With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

First time out of 10 tries I got to ride a bike and return it without a frustrating removal or return!
Good app
I tried using Veturilo but this app was more stable.
Great but Return Issues Annoy
Good system, bikes always seem In good repair. Supply of bikes and docks has always met my needs. Only complaint is the return/end-trip process always feels a bit ambiguous and laggy. I click into dock but app says still running. I click on return I get instructions to push on lock button. Not clear if that works. Rental still running. Etc. UX could be simpler and more definitive.

Can't register without German phone number
Put it a UK and US phone numbers and still can't get SMS code for verification. Useless and poorly thought out.
Good experience but?
Had good experience overall but had problem with one bike not engaging gear and then another problem with second bike which was e-bike where power was intermittent and ineffective for most of the ride.
Baden baden ride
Great ride although the front is a bit heavy for my wrists
Lots of bugs
Had issues signing up, also bikes were broken.
Great experience, easy to use, good bike.
