Trying to get 20€ for no reason. I read the terms and it is not pivate area and it was at the center and i left it where the map said, and from the phone said it was not at the station , you have problem at your platform or you said to me lies, anyway away from this company

Carefull its a scam i tried renting a bike in bilbao and they charged me 1 euro and it didn’t work Tried calling but no customer support is available

Big Scam! The next next days after we rented a bike they kept charging our cards with fake rentals. They charged us an extra 34€. I read some reviews online afterwards and I found out they were heaps of people complaining about the same thing! Stay away from them and I don’t know why someone doesn’t sue them

The pricing page does not work. Service and price not clear. I had a €20 charge for a bike that I left in the wrong place. No notification to warn, nothing on the application to warn of the place where the bike should be left. I just received the debit notification on my card 30 minutes after leaving the bike. A shame.

I was amazed at how convenient and costless was the whole yearly subscription! Mostly it is the all over the city spots that made access effortless.Also customer service is super!
