Returning a parcel costs 15 euros
the parcel arrived but the size did not fit, I wanted to return it, during the return registration they did not offer to make the first return at their expense, and also did not offer to choose a parcel machine, the only option was, delivery at your own expense, delivery at your own expense costs 15 euros. Terrible UX.
The worst shopping website I have ever used
When you buy something, there is quality problems. This company will push you back-and forth like a trash

Huge dissapointment, 1 star experience - most of the products do not meet the lowest standards for clothing. Returning the shipment is almost as expensiive as the items are worth. Don’t recommend.
