Smart Control used to be an amazing app. With the new version released during April-May 2024, it’s not even connecting with the MTW4 even after pairing with the device. This happens everyday. Hope to see a fix patch soon. MTW4 is amazing, but got issues with calls in a crowded place and require to learn how to position the ear buds. More guiding videos will be helpful. Also, unable to explore all options due to app issues.
The Momentum 4’ sound great for the price. The Touch controls are great. However, the iOS software is buggy that it often doesn’t work with touch controls and only restarting the touch control enables them again. Also, the swipe control doesn’t work with app so well. Fixing the app issues would be a great advantage to sennheisers overall
Headphones not working properly after new update. Please revert the changes. I cannot use TW.
Opening the app while playing music restarts the earbuds
It is not working for my first gen PXC 550.
Only right side earpiece is working. Left hand side earpiece volume is zero while the device is connected via Bluetooth. Used to work fine before the update. Kindly provide the solution asap.
Initially the app was working fine, but now every time when I am trying to switch my earbuds from one to another device app is showing O device is connected. Even add a new device option is also not reflecting and when trying to connected device option app is taking me back to Home Screen and saying "disconnected" This was given by other user I am also facing same. Team update the app or rollback to old app or firmaware what you did to our device before.
Since some recent update we cannot switch between devices via app and if you open app, it restarts the earbud
After the update, the on head detection does not work. on my Momentum 4. Smart pause does not work and auto power off does not work. Even if it is set for 15 minutes, it never turns off. The ANC also chooses its levels randomly irrespective of what was set What is the point of having an app if not a single feature works
