Frustrating!
This app is not easy to navigate. Cannot add my miles and smiles reward number to my account. Cannot confirm an airline flight schedule change and add a flight to my account. Very frustrating.
Easy App
I find your App User Friendly, except there’s one thing I’m not happy about, There’s no option to see the connection time between flights. Other international Airlines all have that option. With your App, all we can see is Departure & Arrival times. Would be wonderful if you could add the times in between the connecting flights. Other than that your App is very sufficient. Thankyou

I’ve bought extra baggage. It does not appear on invoice or flight details. After email contact, information confirmed only by email. I had to change flight direction, still app does not show on ticket that I’ve extra baggage paid for. To log in you need ticket or document number, it’s most obscure number that one needs to trawl to find it. Emails are prompt. Website easy to use. Miles Smiles sent me someone else’s login account lol
