So bad experience.

The company has deteriorated a lot in the last year. The application hangs, once during the week it gave an error when paying with a European card, the money was only frozen, but the reservation was not created, I had to take another airline. There is no response to the created “Feedback” with a problem for 2-3 weeks, then the standard unsubscribe “we could not get through to you, so we close your request” comes. I bought seats in the application, at the front desk they gave out others and not nearby. When I try to write feedback, I can't log in to the site, another error. Set up IT already. Changes in departure time are not notified in any way, only upon arrival at the airport you will find out about the transfer. For the money that the tickets of this airline cost, the attitude towards customers is disgusting. Even European low-cost airlines have a much better customer service now. It's a pity, once this airline was very worthy.

Flying with Turkish Airlines , for a world traveler like me , is always a beginning of new world to discover . The staff , crew, pilots , planes and Istambul airport are amazing and professional kind . Is my favourite airline company in the world. Highly recommend.

Crashes

I am using this application in iPhone 13 and it crashes when I try to manage my booking.

Impossible to change date of fligh

The aplication give option until the end of the process , after give error saying that nothing was changed on the date of fligh information is not correct . Must go to do the process where ? Very hard !!!

Almost unusable

The navigation is slow and often "resets" to the homepage, even when we're looking at something. After checking in the first flight, it disappears from the list and cannot see it anymore. It keeps showing the message of the move to the new airport and we cannot permanently disable it.
