This airline behaves like scammers, I’ll tell you why: I bought a ticket from Almaty-Istanbul-Buenos Aires and back, I successfully checked in, handed over the ticket and flew to Istanbul, but right at the gate before boarding the plane, I and 15 other people were simply rejected without explanation. They let me board the plane, no one wanted to explain anything and they didn’t give me any documents, they just abandoned me. They refused to return the money because they said that I was late for the flight, your company is pathetic scammers! I have all the evidence of this case. And the most interesting thing is that they deleted my ticket from this application as if it didn’t exist, they just robbed me!
Эта авиакомпания ведет себя как мошенники, расскажу почему: я купил билет алматы-стамбул-буэнос айрес и обратно, я успешно зарегистриовался сдал билет и прилетел в стамбул, но прямо на гейте перед посадкой в самолет меня и еще 15 человек без объяснения причин просто не дали сесть в самолет, никто ничего не хотел обяснять и не дали никаких документов, просто бросили. деньги отказались возвращать, потомучто сказали что я опаздал на рейс, ваша компания жалкие мошенники! У меня есть все доказательства этого случая. И самое интересное они удалили мой билет из этого приложения кагбудто его не было, просто ограбили меня!

It is difficult to understand what is the purpose of this app, booking are non-clickable, there is no possibility to see boarding pass…

Terrible app, but no alternative
In general app of airline should suit 2 main reasons: book flight and manage flight. Both these functions released not in the best way creating a lot misunderstanding and long process of looking for details.
1. Booking flight works good unless you have a connection: in this case you have no chance to find out what is a connection time between flight. I expect that somewhere inside app you can, but it should be easy accessible on the stage of flight selection
2. Managing flight: to find flight number after booking - same challenge. You see cities, pictures and lots of other not needed info, but no flight number, which is one of most needed info.
So my request: if you change or optimize anything: please test with people, but not your own marketing.
