On ios16, the app is crashing, i.e., not launching.
App doesnt work properly well
I just try to change my flyt but cannot… application doesnt accept any other fly to choosed. Updated app doesnt opening…What to do?
Useless
The most useless airlines app out there. They’ve overly complicated everything in the sign up process. Bottom line, I can’t login and view my flight status.
Terrible application
The most unconvenient app I’ve ever used for flights. Boarding pass cannot be created, some menus (like baggage allowance) doesn’t work. Need to type in the 16 digit ticket number all the time. They should check other apps like Qatar how this should be done. Shame on Turkish.
Login
I cant login into my Miles & More account. The desktop and mobile version is banned me. I cant save my flight. There are no E-ticket to Wallet app on iOS. I hope will be release a huge update, and fix a lot of problem.

I can’t view my ticket even I logged in. Just not convenient.

Horrible
Worst app I have ever used. To do the check in and get my miles a had to use 3 phones, I had to give my login details 4 times and typing my long ticket number 2 times. It took more than half an hour for me.
Even the most simple things are not working
I was trying to check on my reservation I made weeks ago online, yet when try to have a look at it, the app comes back with error code OB-2001 saying that my PRN was not created online (it was). Than I tried to log in and check my Star Alliance account but it’s not working either as the app would only allow TK card account nunbers to be entered, no other memers of Star Alliance. Very disappointed, this app is completely useless for me... Hope the flight will be better...
