Very poor service bad treatment they made me miss my transfer flight from Istanbul to Kuwait together with tens of passengers amongst them families I was carrying a baby no one made an announcement for us no last calls or any warnings whatsoever they closed the gate very early I had to book again the earliest ticket it costed me 3000$ that was the worst flying experience I have ever had I saw families begging counters sad children whole families were left at the airport and most of them did not have money to book again 👎

Good choice
Every thing is very good with my flights on Turkish airlines except the meal most of my flights I eat nothing and of course no body cares onboard!! The problems kids and I have allergy from cheese and they insist on putting the cheese in all the platter especially for breakfast. Normal airlines have meal choices which contain lacto free meal as a choice this airline does not have it unfortunately. The day they have it you will get my 5 stars.
Seat Selection
Made there tomes seat selection and paid three times every time they cancel and still I have to pay. My trip to Barcelona although I paid for the seats they changed also my seat for me and wife two different location. I showed them the reservation simply they said contact us by email.

Good app! Easy to use
It is a helpful app and easy to use. But the fact that I have to enter the e-ticket everytime I login is very annoying. I wish there is a solution for it.
