Why do you use airlines apps? Buy tickets and check-in. So you enter once all your details and fell free to buy tickets and check in quickly without re-entering your details. In Turkish airlines apps you must enter your passport every time you check-in. Even though they have it in my personal details they don’t even offer to take it from there. Every time the same stuff. Pathetic and ridiculous
Very supportive as well as in flight service. Turkish Airlines looks like the best in Europe. Tishikur ederis 🤓
Application is simple and useful. It was change in our flight and we get option to pick a new flight without any cost in s minute.

It impossible to rely in it. This app never works properly, all the time there are technical issues. Now i can not pay damn ticket coz twisting circle never ends after credit card screen. Its pathetic that i have to go to scycanner to by tickets there instead of direct purchase.
Can't manage flight, can't buy extra luggage.
Technical issues all the time with choosing seats and issuing boarding passes, the app didn’t let me through and did not give me information about what is wrong.

Bilgim dahilinde olmadan hesabımdaki tüm miller kullanılmış ve nereye gittiği belli değil.üstelik acil bilet almam gerekiyor birde hesabıma bloke konmuş biletimi alamıyorum . Müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum hiç kimse ile görüşemeden bir mesaj atıp telefonumu yüzüme kapatıyorlar . Böyle büyük bir şirketin uygulamasında nasıl böyle sorunlar çıkar . Anlamıyorum
